Memories of Thanksgiving

I love Thanksgiving, and its coming soon!


When I was little my sister and I used to get all dressed up in new dresses and drive an hour (4 freeways) to my grandmas house. We would scream "I see grandma's house!" when we drove up the hill to her house. I would get to see all my cousins,

pick lemons from the tree outside, make lemonade, and
draw names with my other cousins for Christmas.
It was so much FUN!

My Older Brothers

Well my sister Sarah said that I really need to update my blog. I do it when I get a chance.

Crazy September

My parents moved out of the house they have lived in for 15 years. It is kind of bitter sweet.

We packed up the final things late last night. A lot to go to the dump, some to DI and others to give away.

Everyone one of my siblings helped my parents in one way or another to help with this move.

My parents and Michael are living in a townhouse in Draper for a while ( at least till they find there dream home)

Ice Blocking

Tonight I went ice blocking with my singles ward. It was so much fun despite all the the bumps and bruises. I fell off many times with grass stains and a wet rear end. Noelle and I raced a few times and I think I won.

So if you are bored and want something fun to do and cheap.All you need is a block of ice, a towel, and hill full of grass. Weeeeeee!

Harry Potter

Well, I just finished reading Harry Potter book # 7. It was really good! J K Rowling did a great job wraping up that book and explaining mostly everything . I think that I am obsessed with it. I have seen all the movies that have been made, I have bought four of the movies and I have read all the books. I only own 2 of them so maybe I might not be that obsessed with Harry Potter. What do you think?

Camping

I went camping over the weekend with my family and it was really fun!

I don't remember were we went but it was about 40min from where Jeff and Lee live.

Jeff did most of the cooking and it was really good. He did a chicken pot pie in the dutch oven. Yummy!

He borrowed a camping trailer from a friend and we slept in that. It was pretty comfortable.

Then we went on a hike towards this waterfall. Then we swam in the nearby lake. It felt so good

because it was hot!

Swimming

Swimming is the best! The pool at my complex finally opened it has been closed all of June. I can't believe they waited so long because it has been so HOT here everyday. Now if you live close by come on over and swim anytime!

No my pool doesn't look like this! I wish it did because that looks really fun!
